Was Bernard a tall or a
short man? How did this Affect his job? Please justify your answer by quoting
from chapter 5.
He was a small and thin man, who does not feel for of the
company since his physical condition towards which the others were observing it
in the work, besides which they should joke of, provoking insecurity for being
different from the others.
The differences in a society where everything tends to be
standar, are condemned and well-known. There is no tolerance towards the
differences.
It justify in the chapter 5 when it said: ” Bernard´s
physique was hardly better than the average Gamma. He stood eight centimetres
short of the standard Alpha height and was slander in proportion.” ……For this
reason he was feeling discriminated…….“ into a Delta´s face, he felt humiliated”
