Yes, because if you are born in a country which speaks in English, your development of the language is going to be much better than a person who speaks another language and learns English.

In her case yes, because she doesn't express normally the language like the others actors on the program, provoking a bad attitude in the others actors and the possibility that someone sees the program and never want to see it again.
